Our Mission

The Montana Pro Rodeo Hall and Wall of Fame (MPRHWF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the western and rodeo heritage of Montana, as well as providing Montana high school students the opportunity to continue their education.

Wall and Hall of Fame

Featuring a spectacular bronze sculpture of six-time world champion saddle bronc rider Dan Mortensen aboard the bronc Tee Box with an impressive curved brick wall engraved with names of Montana’s champions.

Scholarship Program

Hosting the nation’s leading high school rodeo scholarship program for eligible Montana High School Rodeo seniors wishing to pursue higher education and their interest in rodeo at the collegiate level.

About MPRHWF

The MPRHWF organization began with a conversation leading to the formation of the Yellowstone County Arts & Bronze Committee in 1998, dedicated to recognizing individuals who had contributed to the western heritage of Montana.
